Return and refund policy
Time Frame –
Returns and refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
Product Condition
– Products must be in their original packaging, and tags or labels should not be removed.
Return Process
– To initiate a return, click the “Return” button. Once the return is accepted, the company will send a courier company’s delivery boy to collect the item.
Refund Process
– Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days after the return is received.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via UPI. Manual bank details can also be used for refunds.
– Shipping costs will not be refunded for either direction.
Non-Refundable Items
– Items priced below 500 rupees are non-refundable.
Damaged and Defective Items
– Photos and videos of damaged or defective items will be requested. Returns will be accepted only after confirmation.
Exchange Policy
– Exchange policy is not applicable.
